Who We Are
The Landing MN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded to support individuals facing homelessness in Rochester and the surrounding community.
We operate a low-barrier day center designed to meet people where they are, without judgment, and connect them with the resources they need to move forward.
Our approach is rooted in relationship-building, consistency, and respect for every individual’s journey.
How We Work
We are guided by four core values in everything we do:
Humanity
Everyone has basic needs — shelter, nutrition, hydration, hygiene, and connection. Meeting those needs is always our first priority.
Respect
We honor the dignity, choices, and lived experiences of every person who walks through our doors.
Kindness
We strive to meet every interaction with patience, generosity, and compassion.
Grace
We believe people deserve space to learn, grow, and try again. Accountability matters, but so does opportunity.
What We Do
At The Landing MN, we work to remove barriers between individuals and the support systems they need.
Our services include:
Day center access and basic needs support
Housing navigation and referrals
Medical and behavioral health services
Hygiene facilities including showers & laundry
Clothing, food, and emergency supplies
Connection to long-term community resources
Our goal is simple: to provide a stable place to land while helping people move toward what comes next.
